Subversive Cross Stitch

It may appear that I haven’t been knitting a lot lately. But this is not the truth. I have been knitting. I just have nothing to show for it. Well, that’s not entirely true… I do have a large orange blob to show you:

Don’t even ask. When it’s ready to be viewed, I’ll let you know!

I also have a fun election-related project to blog about soon, but first, some subversive cross stitch:

Cross-stitch

I made this one as a housewarming present for my good friend Sarah. I was inspired by the glorious pioneers of this genre (their book is published by my publishers, Chronicle Books), but I charted my own design.

And that is all for tonight! Stay tuned for my special elections issue!
